This facility, housed inside one section of the former Hisaeda family home, holds regular craft workshops, exhibitions and houses documents relating to folklore. The Hisaedas were the former heads of Etajima when it used to be a village during the Edo period (1603-1868). The charming Mukaugawa Park adjacent to the Manabi-no-Yakata is a great place to relax and unwind.
