After the popular resort hotel Sun Beach Okimi closed down, the site was given a full facelift with a contemporary Asian look and feel and reopened on 12^th July 2019 as the Uminos Spa & Resort. The golden sands of Iruka Beach stretch out in front of the hotel and all the guest rooms come with spectacular views of the sea and the chance to experience some unforgettable sunsets. The large glass-paneled bath on the top floor also offers splendid views of the Seto Inland Sea. You can enjoy the delights of Etajima’s famous locally caught seafood in the restaurant.
