Mount Noro Campsite & Caravan Site

Kure Hands-on Experience Spot of Interest

At a height of 839m, Mount Noro’s summit is blessed with one of the finest views in the Seto Inland Sea. The trails and walking routes on the mountain are well maintained and the various observation decks and dramatic clusters of boulders add to the experience. Cherry blossoms bloom on the mountain in April, azaleas in May and the whole of the summit turns into a blanket of hydrangeas in July. During these months, nature-lovers flock to Mt. Noro to bask in the mountain’s unique natural landscape.

The campsite is divided into three sections: a tent pitching site, a permanent tent site, and a caravan site. This is a great place to camp by yourself, camp in groups or for clubs and teams to congregate. Mount Noro’s campsite is one of the most popular in Hiroshima Prefecture. In the permanent tent site, you can select an all-inclusive plan where you turn up with nothing and enjoy a full camping experience. If you book four days in advance, you can also opt for the “Mt. Noro BBQ Set”. Contact the site for further details.
